Biological safety has various aspects Biotechnology. And it is very difficult to choice among many interesting priorities. As we know that there are vast applications of biotechnology. Among these biotechnological applications, there are some trends that are feeding the believes and the fears of both the investors and the public. These are like- design of transgenic plants, as crops, food sources or medicinal factories, the eradication of long persisting animal or human disease using recombinant vaccines, the production of high quality and cheap medicinal proteins.

The Biosafety is emerging fields which are built from traditional risk assessment and risk management rationale originating from chemistry, microbiology, toxicology, ecology, epidemiology, human and veterinary medicines, agronomy and all related basic and engineering sciences.

As we know that Biotechnology includes technique or process to produce goods and services by using living organism or part of organism. It is comprised of vast scope. The most important is the technology of recombinant DNA which is often called as genetic engineering. This became a central part.
The development of new techniques of genetic modification initiated a wide discussion on safety of biotechnological products. There are safety guidelines which were suggested by First Worldwide Development for the use of Recombinant DNA organisms in industry, agriculture and the environment.

Biosafety meets the challenge to be at the boundary of hard and soft sciences. Some general principles of risk assessment were suggested like the safety of any human activity can be achieved if a person follow the two steps like-
1) Assessing the risks and 2) Minimising the level of risks by applying adequate management strategies.
